Dubai's culinary scene just got a whole lot more glamorous with the opening of TOTÓ Vini e Cucina Dubai, a new Italian restaurant that transports diners back to the golden age of cinema.
Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, TOTÓ is the latest venture from Leisure Quest, in partnership with sports icons Rafael Nadal, Pau Gasol, and Cristiano Ronaldo. The restaurant occupies the space formerly held by La Serre and is open daily from noon.
A Cinematic Culinary Experience
Inspired by the Italian cuisine and cinema of the 1950s and 60s, TOTÓ pays homage to the beloved film Cinema Paradiso, which beautifully portrays the post-war love of theater as a form of escapism.
The restaurant's interior reflects this theme, offering a comfortable and rustic setting with wooden floors, captivating artwork, and décor that seamlessly blends the spirit of classic Italian cinematography with the modern vibrancy of Dubai.
A Menu Inspired by the Arts
The menu at TOTÓ is a celebration of Italian-Mediterranean cuisine, overseen by the talented Chef Angelo Santi. With over 25 years of culinary experience across Italy, Moscow, and beyond, Chef Santi's creations are uniquely inspired by music, composition, painting, and photography.
Joining Chef Santi in the kitchen is the award-winning pizzaiolo chef Vincenzo Palermo. Palermo's passion for pizza began at a young age, leading him to study in Italy and hone his craft around the world. In 2018, he won the World Pizza Competition, beating out 850 professionals. His Moscow pizzeria was even named one of Europe's top 50 in 2019.

TOTÓ's drinks menu is equally impressive, featuring a special and exclusive import of Aurea Gran Rosé from Frescobaldi, along with a selection of classic cocktails, spirits, and Mediterranean-inspired beverages.
