As the Head of Recruitment she oversees the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding and retention strategies. She is passionate about people management and has a proven track record of optimizing organizational efficiency. Kevin brings over 18 years of experience in luxury hospitality and F&B management, which includes the pre-opening of a luxury boutique hotel, restaurants, and nightclubs as well as corporate and leisure events with up to 30’000 guests. Kevin is responsible for managing client relationships in addition to leading the operation of the 360 Agency.
