For a brand new five star luxury resort located in Amaala on the Red Sea, we are currently recruiting a Head of Revenue to support the opening and early operational phase of the property. This role is designed for experienced hospitality professionals who have worked in high end resorts or luxury hotel environments and are comfortable operating in remote, high profile destinations.

Position Overview

The Head of Revenue will be responsible for developing and executing the overall revenue strategy of the resort. This includes pricing, forecasting, demand management, and distribution strategy, while working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure optimal performance across all revenue streams.

This is a senior leadership role within a luxury hospitality environment and plays a key part in shaping the commercial success of the resort from its early stages.

Salary and Employment Package

The role offers a competitive tax free package aligned with senior hotel jobs in Saudi Arabia.

The monthly salary is 20,000 SAR.The location is the Red Sea region in Amaala, Saudi Arabia.

The single status employment package includes a one bedroom apartment, transportation, annual bonus, all meals provided, annual flight ticket, visa sponsorship, and medical insurance.

The resort provides brand new accommodation with private beach access. The location is remote but forms part of a large scale Red Sea development with more than ten ultra luxury hotel resorts planned in the area. Onboarding is required as soon as possible.
