Key Responsibilities of the Role:

As an IRD Order Taker, you will ensure seamless in-room dining experiences for guests by efficiently managing orders and coordinating service delivery. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling guest in-room dining requests via phone or digital platforms with professionalism and courtesy.

• Accurately recording and communicating orders to the kitchen and service team.

• Providing menu recommendations and answering guest inquiries regarding food and beverages.

• Ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are addressed appropriately.

• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu, promotions, and hotel services.

• Coordinating timely delivery of orders while ensuring accuracy and presentation.

• Assisting with administrative tasks, including billing and record-keeping.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an IRD Order Taker or in a similar role within a luxury hotel.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.

• Professional telephone etiquette and a friendly demeanor.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
