Key Responsibilities of the Role:

As an F&B Attendant, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing professional and friendly service in the hotel’s dining venues. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests in a welcoming and professional manner.

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery.

• Providing menu recommendations and answering guest inquiries about dishes and beverages.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service stations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an F&B Attendant or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

• Professional grooming and appearance.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
