Key Responsibilities of the Role:

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the club’s operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing all departments, including F&B, guest services, and event operations.

• Ensuring flawless execution of daily operations and exclusive events.

• Driving guest satisfaction by maintaining personalized and top-tier service.

• Managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue generation.

• Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team.

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality or private members club.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
